ORN: 4 miles around the 'hood in a jaw-dropping 43:06. I say jaw-dropping because I cannot imagine why the weather gods decided to make it so hot at 0630. Seriously.
But I ran. That's all I can say about my running lately. At least I am doing it. This weather sucks. My secret hope is that all this warm-weather suffering means that I am going to dominate at the Louisville Half-Marathon, setting all sorts of records, and getting my face on a Wheaties box. That's the dream that keeps me going.
