Wifey and I went hiking this weekend, so I am chalking that up to cross training. If you'd seen the hills we were scaling, then there'd be no questions that we were doing "hills intervals" even if we weren't jogging up them.
No running this weekend, though I could have used it. I'm in trouble. I'm in a lazy period again. I have to run today or I am doomed.
