Damn, it's hot

ORN: 6.47 miles in 1:27:25. This was a miserable run. The less said about it the better. It was about 85° with 60% humidity, and I just wanted to die after the second mile. I walked more than half of this stupid workout. But at least I didn't die. I guess.

    I hear it may be front-loaded -- hot now for another week or so but cooler the rest of the summer.
