*cough*

I am so sick of this sick/not-sick limbo state I'm in. My lungs feel
like they are half-full of snot, but I don't cough anything up. I'm
not feeling sick in any other way, except I'm a little tired. I just
have this annoying, unproductive cough and sensation of deep
congestion. Needless to say, I haven't been running so tomorrow's
race will be a ton of fun. It's probably a terrible idea, especially
since it's supposed to rain, but I'm going to keep my commitment.
Otherwise, what's the point?

  1. Hi Ed!

Glad to see you're blogging about running. it's a good subject to blog about ;)

Re: sickness and running - as a rule if the cold is below the throat (which is what I think yours is) don't run.

Keep at the running! There's something exciting about breaking the rules with running: in the dark, in rain, in freezing cold. If you're prepared with the right gear you're positively buzzing after the run ;)

    Regards,
