I did three miles on the dread-mill at the YMCA tonight. My legs haven't been right since the infamous and ill-advised intervals last week. After I did them, I moved my right leg and felt something pop deep in my hip joint. Since then, I have been sore as heck there. And tonight, I crept along at an 11:00+/mile pace, wincing most of the way. It was bloody awful. My knees were sore too. I hope I didn't break anything.
This blog is turning into the place where I b!tch and moan. Isn't it entertaining?
