ORN: Seven and a half miles in 1:27:00. Un-freakin'-believable.
The good. Today I ran farther than I have ever run in my life. I walked for a few short patches, especially on the hills, but otherwise I ran the whole freakin' thing. The bad. I got lost. I ran with my running group, and I totally zigged when I should have zagged. The ugly. It misted for the first couple miles. There was not quite enough rain to soak me, but it was a dismal day. The temperature was just right, and the mist actually helped keep me cool.
Now, to the shower!
