ORN: 5K around the 'hood in something like 32 minutes. It was harder than it should have been on account of the humidity and lousy air quality around here. Sometimes it is like running while sucking on the tailpipe of a bus.
I may have mentioned this before, so bear with me. I intend to run the Louisville Mini-Marathon. I have printed off the CoolRunning training schedule for beginners, and it seems reasonable. More later.
