Ozone alert day

ORN: 5K in 34:04. I don't feel so bad about nearly barfing up a lung today. It was hot (83°), humid, and ozone-y. Our local air pollution control board issued an alert for today and tomorrow. That's why my run sucked today -- tailpipes.
