ORN: I ran 6.84 miles in 1:17:15 with my running group. The day was cold but lovely. I was really, really slow, but that's the point of a long, slow distance run.
I wrote a long post that got lost by ScribeFire, so I am pissed. It was a good post too. I'm not going to attempt to re-write it, because it was one of those things where I was in a good zone, the words were flowing and I was being quite clever. Then my f-ing tools failed me. So now I am irritated, and though my thighs are pleasantly warmed by the laptop, I lost a bit of the good feeling I just had a few moments ago.
