Today's weather was rather cold -- 47° or so -- and cloudy. I ran from the store into St. Matthews, down Westport Road to Blenheim, then by twists and turns into Cherokee Park, then toward Crescent Hill and back. It was quite a twisty route, mostly flat, through some ritzy neighborhoods. I felt great throughout, and I was very pleased to learn that the water fountains in the park were operational finally.
Since then, I've been trying to take it easy. I'm quite tired. I spent the balance of the day doing a few light chores and keeping the couch warm.
