ORN: 3.0 miles in 30'15". I did a speed workout on the treadmills at the YMCA. I feel like I was cheating because I didn't do an incline. Still, I did 4x200 repeats and then a couple 400 repeats. I was certainly getting a good workout. Afterward, I ran into a long lost friend, which is always a bonus. The running-related good thing about it is that I actually ran at all. Having not run in the morning, I figured I was hosed for the day, but then Wifey decided she needed to go do weights. So we loaded up Little One and our bags, and we all went to the YMCA together and did our thing. Everybody ended up having fun, and, miracle of miracles, I got my run in.
This week, I plan to add some pilates into the mix, hoping to burn some calories for a change. But I gotta tell you. My running plan is totally whacked. My motivation is gone. How will I dig myself out of this?
