ORN: 3 miles in 31:37. Paula Radcliffe told me [via Nike+] that I ran a personal best in the mile today, but I don't think that's quite true. But what do I know? She's the 10X world record holder. In any case, the low temperatures are really making me run fast.
Whether or not I ran fast today was immaterial because I had a pretty good experience. No runner's high, but I felt fast and strong. That's about as good as I expect from a run. I'm especially pleased with my performance given how inconsistent I have been.
An unusual experience I had today: I hit most of the walk signals downtown. Usually, I only get a third or so, but today I was able to breeze through better than half the intersections without stopping or getting smashed by a bus.
